About the money

The prices are set out in our list and range from ₤800 per square meter to ₤1100 per square meter. This is inclusive of all taxes. The prices really depend on out assessment of the views from the apartments. The ones on the top floor will have higher ceilings and exposed wooden beams emulating an alpine chalet.

To reserve an apartment we ask you to pay a non-refundable ₤500 fee. In return we agree to give you a period of three weeks to decide whether you wish to enter into contract with us. During this period we promise not to sell the apartment you are considering buying to any one else. If you decide to buy we ask you to pay:

Initial Deposit – 25%, within 3 weeks of reservation
Nothing until whole structure in place
After structure in place 25%
Nothing to pay until apartments entirely completed
Remaining 50% on signing notary deed

You will be free to sell on your contract at any time.

After completion the company will maintain, insure and clean the building in return for an annual service charge of about £7 per m2.

The company will offer a rental and property management service after completion.
